FACE RESHAPING : Part of aging process consists on “widening of the face”. We do the necessary procedures, such as, cheek reduction, cheek, cheekbone, nose and chin projection, cheekbone reduction, in order to diminish, relocate or to harmonize the face.
SQUARE FACE: The square face is due to an overdevelopment of the area behind the ears. Since it turns the face male looking, it’s inadequate on females. This might be due to the parotid gland that poduces saliva or the chewing muscles called maseter. In any case, after an adequate appraisal we proceed with the retirement of the excess and the reshaping of the face.
EYELID FALL : When this happens, then it’s time to consider an eyelid correction surgery. Likewise, the “eyebags” may cause vision troubles.
EAR RECONSTRUCTION : Ears could be too big or too “opened”. When this happens a relocation plasty must be done to relocate them. When the problem occurs in infants the ideal age for surgery shall be at 9 years.

NOSE CORRECTION : Nasal tip projection must be assessed, dorsum height, nasal wings and nasal fosses must be assessed. An adequately assessed nose will have an adequate surgery and the result will be the complete satisfaction of the patient.
LIP REDUCTION : Due to procedures practiced by non-qualified people, we observe bad shaped or anti esthetic lips. In such cases we practice a correction in order to give him his original lips back.
FACIAL REJUVENATION : Rejuvenation surgery is composed of various components. The forehead demands the correction of various degrees wrinkles. The frown and the “crow feet”, that could be corrected with surgery, as well as, non-surgical procedures (implants and attenuated botulinic toxin), rising of the eyebrow tail.
The cheeks that with time falled down must be pushed up and relocated wit surgical techniques. These surgery has dramatic results.
NECK FAT : Extraction of the cumulated fat under the jaw and in the neck must be surgical. If the skin remains, it must be retired, as well. The parameter to be assessed is the angle between the jaw and the neck. The neck is assessed altogether with the face and the surgical correction is on the same surgical time.
SPOT EXCISIONS : The spots on the face are not always desired by the patient. Their excision is then necessary many times to prevent their conversion into skin cancer. It’s convenient to review the behavior of spots with time. If they change in shape and they turn darker or if they grow up so fast or bleed, then, they must be assessed and the possibility of excision must be considered.
