I was born with the facial defect know as cleft lip. Since I was a kid I’ve noticed my lips weren’t normal. This latter made me a shy person while I’ve noticed people looked at me with compassion or even worst with rejection.
The most important thing in the world for me were my parents because they were the only ones who understood me, because of their immense love they sought everywhere for specialist that could help me with my problem. After consulting with several people somebody mentioned Dr. Luis Montalvan and Dr. Sergio Pimentel. I have to confess that at the beginning I was afraid that things could become worst but at talking to them I could noticed that they cared.

Since I was a kid I always felt ugly since my face had a desequlibrium in the face, at smiling my gums were notorious and my teeth were ugly.
My biggest passion has been dancing, since I was a kid my parents sent me to learn how to dance typical dances of my country, there I’ve learned how to dance Marinera. I did it very well and took art in contests. I wasn’t lucky, I think my talent was not well appreciated because I was shy at smiling because of my face problems and I looked insecure.
Tired of all kind of rejection I've looked for specialists help.
Then I met Dr. Sergio Pimentel and Dr. Luis Montalvan.
They explained me all my problems and what it needed to be done to solve them.

After some surgeries I’ve changed dramatically, now I can talk, yell, laugh, I fell the way I always wanted to be with no fear to rejection or indifference of people. Now I’m starting a new life. Thanks to Luis and Sergio for giving me the confidence I needed at starting a surgery and for that change in my life, may God bless them for helping people like me.
I was afraid but the doctors helped me being confident with the results. After several surgeries I reached a beautiful smile and a better profile. Thanks God and the doctors now I feel a more secure person, not only in dance but in my personal life. Once I though my problem had no solution but now I know I was wrong. Thanks God!.
